How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and personal data:

• Email us at support@crosscaretech.com using the email address associated with your CrossCare account.
• In the subject line, please write "Data Deletion Request" and specify that you wish to delete your account and all associated data.
  

Processing Your Request

• We will acknowledge the receipt of your data deletion request within 7 business days.
• Your account and all related data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 90 days of your request.

Important Notes

• Verification: To ensure your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This step ensures that only the account owner can initiate a deletion request.
• Irreversible Action: Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please back up any data you wish to retain before submitting your request.
